{"bio":"<p>Mr. Schwarz is the founder and CEO of Audubon Communities. He oversees the firm\u2019s acquisition and asset management activities and is responsible for directing senior personnel.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to founding Audubon Communities, Mr. Schwarz was Senior Vice President and Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management for Emmes &#038; Company \u2013 a private real estate investment firm with over $1.5 billion in assets. At Emmes, Mr. Schwarz oversaw the acquisition and strategic management of approximately one hundred domestic real estate assets. He also managed the firm\u2019s Asian investment platform, including the acquisition and renovation of office properties in greater Tokyo. Domestically, Mr. Schwarz was directly responsible for managing the firm\u2019s 11,000-unit, $500 million multi-family portfolio. Prior to joining Emmes, he directed the leasing and marketing efforts for over 2 million square feet of office space on behalf of institutional clients in New Orleans, Louisiana.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Schwarz received his MBA from Columbia Business School in 1996.<\/p>\n"}

{"bio":"<p>Myles Cunningham joined Audubon in 2016 and currently serves as the firm\u2019s Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Cunningham oversees the firm\u2019s investment and capital market activities. He sits on the firm\u2019s investment committee and chairs the firm\u2019s strategic planning committee. Mr. Cunningham has been in the multi-family industry for over 15 years.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining Audubon, Mr. Cunningham was the Director of Acquisitions for PEM Real Estate Group, a Phoenix-based multifamily real estate investment firm. At PEM, he started and oversaw the Atlanta office while acquiring real estate across the Southeast region of the United States. Previously, Mr. Cunningham was the Vice President of Acquisition for Cortland Partners where he focused on new business development, asset valuations, and deal structuring.<\/p>\n<p>Myles earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship from Auburn University and is a member of YPO, Urban Land Institute and the National Multifamily Housing Council.<\/p>\n"}

{"bio":"<p>Mrs. Shields joined Audubon Communities as Vice President of Operations in 2006 where she was instrumental in developing and implementing all of the firm\u2019s policies and procedures. In 2010 Mrs. Shields was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and given responsibility for managing all of the firm\u2019s day-to-day operations, including having direct oversight of the marketing and leasing efforts across the entire portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>From 2002 to 2006, Mrs. Shields was with Capital Properties, a major private real estate investor. Mrs. Shields relocated to New Jersey in order to participate in Capital\u2019s reposition of a 1,029-unit mid-rise apartment community. Previously, Mrs. Shields worked for Colonial Properties Trust, a major public REIT, from 1995 to 2002. During her tenure at Colonial, Mrs. Shields was responsible for the lease up of multiple ground-up developments and rehabilitation projects, meeting or exceeding pro-forma forecasts on every project.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Shields is a graduate of the University of Florida.<\/p>\n"}

{"bio":"<p>Mr. Boling joined Audubon Communities in 2017 as Vice President of Construction and oversees all pre-and post-acquisition construction planning and management for the firm.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining Audubon Communities, Mr. Boling was responsible for Construction Management for new Multi-Family Construction as well as heavy renovations of over 2,000 units in the Southeastern United States. Previously, Mr. Boling worked in the engineering industry as a consultant in the design and construction administration for multi-million dollar, high-profile Private, State and Federally funded projects where he received his Professional Engineering License in the state of Georgia.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Boling received his B.S in Civil Engineering from Kennesaw State University and his MBA from University of Georgia in 2012.<\/p>\n"}
